Mikey Garcie: Born and raised on the banks of Toledo Bend, Ancestor to the original river bottom people who were raised on the land the water covers today. Outdoors was not just a hobby it was taught to us as a way of life, put to mind as a way of survival before recreation based on our Native American culture. Didn't focus on learning the lake for Bass fishing until I was 19 years old but have set a goal to gain as much knowledge as possible in hopes to be able to be a successful fishing guide in the future. I enjoy social media work to promote not only NFB but our beloved lake and great state of Louisiana. I'm a father to two children who I hope to instill the same respect and love for the outdoors as my parents did me.
Alvin "Fathead" Richardson: I'm 34 years old and love to fish. Fishing and being on the water is life for me. I fish alot of local tournaments. But the thing I love doing most is teaching my kids about fishing and the lakes and rivers. Im a towboat Captain so my life is surrounded by water.

Bass Fishing on my Triton is where you will find me on my days off or in the winter slaying deer in the woods of Dekalb. I immediately felt right at home with my fellow staff and can't wait to share my love of fishing with my son who will no doubt is loved and accepted by the staff. I thank god for the opportunities given to me and the life I have been blessed with. After all, Jesus said in Matthew 4:19; Follow me and I will make you fishers of men. This is a calling to me and I am overwhelmed by the opportunity to get to do what I love.
Derek Plummer: I’m Derek Plummer from Byron, Georgia. I, like most fishermen, grew up with Dad and Grandpa taking me out on the water. I have loved it since the first day I held a rod in my hands. I guess you could say I’m hooked. I currently fish all local tournaments here in middle Georgia along with Staff tournaments in southeastern states. I am a Pro staff member of 5 different teams at the time. Natural Forage Baits, Funk Buster Spinner Baits, Enigma Fishing, 5x3 Fishing, and Swagger Tackle Co. Fishing is a way of relaxing with my family and myself. I’m always taking my wife and kids fishing as much as possible. Bass fishing isn’t about luck. Luck has little to nothing to do with it. It’s about skill. To which level of skill you acquire is totally up to you.
